If a test result is deemed to be “indeterminate,” the customer is entitled to a complimentary, free re-test. After retesting and receiving a second indeterminate result, the user is entitled to either continue with another test or receive a refund for the cost of the test, less any transaction fees.*
Expert-Built Tests: Because Expert-Built tests are unique and time intensive to create, ½ of the total payment is non-refundable. The customer is entitled to a retest if the result is deemed to be “indeterminate.” After retesting and receiving a second indeterminate result, the user is entitled to receive a refund equivalent to ½ of the total payment, less any card transaction fees.
